What I See :
A rose, a cup of coffee in a saucer, a candle. An ambience created to express one's feeling to someone dear.
What I feel :
Someone who wants to express his/ her love in a very simple manner to the opposite sex.
A simple love story:
Alan and Maria are childhool friends. Growing up in a similar environment, right from childhood makes them know eachother better than anyone else. Their likes and dislikes, their mood swings, their interests and dis interests etc. all these are à great understanding between them.
Besides, the two families were also close to eachother. But Alan and Maria's relationship was limited to only thick friendship and nothing beyond that. Alan had a steady girlfriend while Maria was comfortable with her circle of friends.
Once graduated, both Alan and Maria decided to leave the country for a better future. Alan took a job of his choice and settled in the west while Maria worked in another country. Though a busy schedule, they never forget to give time for eachother, through a phone call.
Days passed and Maria's parents were hunting for a suitable groom. And finally they found a suitable one. So their engagement was finalized. Maria invited Alan to come over for the engagement and he arrived a day before the ceremony.
The rituals went on well, in the presence of elders, parents and relatives. Once the engagement was over and the date for marriage was fixed, something sharp striked Alan. He knew he will be missing his childhood friend once and for all to a stranger.
This eventually affected Maria too. Because she felt the groom was so possessive about her. And deep jn her heart she felt he was not meant for her. She felt somewhere she made a mistake and kept weeping the whole night. On the other hand, Alan was disturbed and kept walking to and fro in his bedroom, the whole night.
Deep in his heart he felt her absence in his life is going to be an irreparable loss. So he decided to speak to her. Early, the next morning, he ran to her home and met her. On seeing Alan, tears rolled down her cheeks and without even speaking a word they hugged eachother. Infact a feeling of contentment from a long lost love.
Though the families of both Alan and Maria was shocked, they wished the couples to unite. To celebrate that very moment, the family arranged for a candle light coffee time for just the two of them to express their feelings for each other. This included their favourite coffee in a cup and saucer, a rose from their garden and two bar choclates with a candle lit
And this was how the romantic story had a fair ending.
Hope you enjoyed this story of mine and wishing you a happy day ahead.
