Another day over ten thousand steps. As you can see, I have been pretty consistent with my walking. I have always been able to reach five thousand steps, and mostly over seven thousand steps with many days over ten thousand.
My next challenge is to tighten up my eating habits. Just today, my wife commented that I eat every time I stop by the kitchen. She is trying to help me with maintaining a healthy weight. And she is right. As they say, "Abs are made in the kitchen."
