when I was checking the amount that I needed to pay for renting an apartment outside the campus, it makes me to change my mind, because accomodations in the campus were less, and lf l was to pay for the hostel that means, I will have a lot of funds left, so without thinking twice, l decided to get an accomodation in the school.
Therefore, this was where the issue came in, my hostel mate was a lazy person, he hardly do a thing for himself, not to even think of, lf l wanted him to do something for me, lf that happens, l should better be sure that, the thing I wanted him to do will still be there.
There was a day l told him to take my shoes inside the hostel lf the rain start to fall, i had classes that day but it was their free lectures day, yet when I came back from classes, l saw him sleeping, and all the heavy rain that fall beat that my shoes,
Also, he was someone who do not want to know when you are reading or not, he likes to play, something i understands about him was that, he was a very fast thinker, although he never used to read most of the times, at any point he looked at those lines, he will do best lf asked a question, but me, l will be needing that serene time to understand whatever l was reading.
Fast forward, l realized that, although i was paying low accomodations fee's comparing to how much they were charging to rent a house outside, the hostel was not giving me what i needed.
l stop staying in hostel that semester and I got myself a place outside, it was a single room apartment, but on a long run, l realized that it was far better than the hostel.
Because in that single room, no one distract me, and I was having time for the things I want to do, and even while I was a student, there were times I will not want to listened to school vibes, l was setting myself for each things, like times for studies, times to discuss about life, and other stuff that were of interest to me, so staying off campus were really helping me to achieve this, as l mingle with people who were working.
Although a student have to face his/her books, being in school give room for exploration and understanding of how life works in the labor world, so that he/she would not have to study the labor world after school, because the labor world and life there in school are a lot different.
l am saying this because at some point, even while I was still in school, l was still doing some works and that as well, help me to come out when I was supposed to.
Staying inside the school campus guarantee security for the students, that is a fact, but sometimes the conflict that comes out of the students in the hostel will make a person to think that he better rent a place outside and stay, while taking into account the people he go around with, so that he does not get into unnecessary trouble.
