dCITY is a city simulator game based on Hive-Engine Non Fungible Tokens. The NFTs represent assets in the game. Income is Important, But Won't Worked Well Without Tax Refund

I already talk about how important income on Dcity game, and today I want to remind you that Tax Refund is just as important as income, because the current tax is like crazy that it can surpass 100%, so we need tax refund to get the income based on our tax refund. You can't earn more than the income, so you need to balance those income and tax refund.

Lawyer Boost My Tax Refund

I try scanning the market, and found a lawyer with a pretty good price. I bought 1 bcx of Lawyer with 12,500 SIM. I think it's price got dropped because hive is rising on previous days, so people might want to sell their asset on hive and trade them with another asset. Anyway, what is lawyer give to my city ?

The lawyer give a great tax refund, with 10 tax refund with single NFT ! Not just that, this card also give 1 population on my city and boost the popularity by 2 points ! No negative stats, and that's what makes me love this card even more !

My Progress on the Leaderboard

With incomes leaderboard holding the most SIM pool rewards, plus the free daily young citizen, getting into SIM leaderboard is highly recommended, and that's why I push on it as well.

With the 10 tax refund from lawyer, my city got 61 SIM income and sit on the 248 position. I'm happy to see myself is sit above my friend @arveno that sit on 251 position with 58 SIM income, and @dewabrata that sit on 254 position with 55 SIM income.

My Next Target

I'm sure my friend will try to race me so I will keep watching the market and try getting some income and tax refund card if found those NFT with nice price. My next target is to push into the top 200 on income leaderboard !
