dCITY is a city simulator game based on Hive-Engine Non Fungible Tokens. The NFTs represent assets in the game. Each individual card a building, citizen, etc., and the total collection of your cards is your city. dCITY allow players to optimize their cities in terms of buildings, population, and income. The aim of the game is to buy new buildings, but also use diplomacy and tact with fellow players to achieve the materials you need to grow and prosper. 2 Lawyer for More High Tax Refund and Chance to Sell Some Cards

I got my first lawyers week ago, and I feel this cards is very usefull in terms of getting tax refund. Each card gives 10 tax refund ! Plus some positive stats, the population by 1 point and popularity by 2 points. No negative status, no high social support cost, makes me loves this cards so much. That's why I decide to bought 2 of it when I saw an opportunity on the market.

I bought 2 Lawyer for 21,248 SIM or around 4 hive at the moment. Those 2 cards boost my tax refund by 20 points, which give me more option to sell some cards with high social support such as the student and the young citizen. I decide to do it, because social support is dragging my income down a lot, that's why I decide to go for more tax refund without depending on them too much.

My Progress on the Leaderboard

I finally managed to beat my friend @arveno which got massive income pump few days ago. With 82 SIM income, I sit on 249 position while he was on 251 position with 81 SIM income. Where is my friend @dewabrata ?

He left behind with 58 SIM income and sit on 268 position. He needs to get lot of incomes to stay competitive 😉

Hahaha, I feel great for getting back on the race again, after thinking it would need lots of time to chase my friend arveno, but find a great opportunity on the market for those 2 lawyers.

Now, I can chill a little bit while keeping my eye on the market.

My Next Target

My target is keep pushing my income and get into the top 200 on the income leaderboard. Looking for opportunity on the market and auction is my focus to get into it.
