Choux de Bruxelles à la crème

Salut à tous, des choux de Bruxelles cuisinés.

Quand ils sont frais ils pourraient presque se manger crus.

Je les mets dans une poêle avec un peu d'eau juste pour les blanchir.

Pendant qu'ils égouttent je fais revenir des lardons, j'ajoute les choux et de la crème et je laisse mijoter quelques minutes.

Quand la crème est bien réduite ils sont prêts à servir.
