Breve descripción de la cotidianidad en la cuarentena personal.

It's Monday night, the day has been cold, at least it's what I can consider cold in a tropical country, seriously I wonder if in #Venezuela we are suffering from a cold front or is this the product of disorder climate due to Climate Change. My joints don't feel very good in the cold, but since I didn't leave the house today, I was able to spend most of the time without much movement, that can't be very good to break my sedentary habits, but my knees really hurt me. They bothered me and I didn't feel like moving.
I read in the news about various protests held today in my country, it is the anniversary of the fall of the last military dictatorship in Venezuela in the 20th Century, so it is usually celebrated as the beginning of the democratic and republican period that brought us to this current 21st Century. The protests were for social, labor and economic demands, as well as claims for poor working conditions and the disparity of family income with respect to the Basic Basket of products and food that is calculated as the minimum to guarantee the survival of a family.
There were also mobilizations and concentrations of government supporters, who declared their support for all the measures carried out and assured that everything done was correct, but that it was the fault of some external factor that they did not have the promised success. Unfortunately, all too often mediocre politicians always point the finger at someone other than themselves, making bad decisions, assigning government jobs to incompetent people, and then saying it's not their fault things aren't working well.

Es la noche del lunes, el día ha sido frío, al menos es lo que puedo considerar frío en un país tropical, en serio que me pregunto si es que en #Venezuela estamos sufriendo de un frente frío o es que esto es producto del desorden de clima por el Cambio Climático. Mis articulaciones no se sienten muy bien con el frío, pero como hoy no salí de casa, pude pasar la mayor parte del tiempo sin mucho movimiento, eso no puede ser muy bueno para romper mis hábitos sedentarios, pero es que de verdad las rodillas me molestaban y no tenía ganas de moverme.
Leí en las noticias sobre diversas protestas realizadas en el día de hoy en mi país, es el día aniversario de la caída de la última dictadura militar de Venezuela en el Siglo XX, por lo que se suele festejar como el inicio del periodo democrático y republicano que nos trajo hasta este actual Siglo XXI. Las protestas eran por reivindicaciones sociales, laborales y económicas, así como reclamos por las pobres condiciones laborales y la disparidad del ingreso económico familiar con respecto a la Cesta Básica de productos y alimentos que se calcula como mínima para poder garantizar la supervivencia de una familia.
También se realizaron movilizaciones y concentraciones de partidarios del gobierno, que declararon su apoyo a todas las medidas realizadas y aseguraban que todo lo hecho era correcto, pero que era culpa de algún factor externo que no tuvieran en éxito prometido. Por desgracia, es demasiado frecuente que los políticos mediocres señalen siempre un culpable, que no sean ellos mismos, pues toman malas decisiones, asignan cargos de gobierno a gente incompetente y luego dicen que no es su culpa que las cosas no funcionen bien.

With a bit of nostalgia, I can remember that I saw the birth of the first social networks, they make me feel like the #Meme of the fantasy and adventure movie, when an Elf King says to an old wizard friend: "I was there, Gandalf”. But, yes, I was there when internet-cafes proliferated for the first time in Venezuela at the end of the 20th century, I saw the birth of the first #social #networks and witnessed the advent of #smartphones that made these #SocialNetworks ubiquitous and mobile.

Mejor cambiemos el tema de mi registro diario, a fin de cuentas lo realizo de una forma más o menos uniforme cada día, compartiendo cosas de mi vida diaria y luego comentando sobre una efemérides de la #Historia, en este día escogí una celebración internacional que nace en el Siglo XXI, es porque hoy es el Día Internacional del Comunity Manager, un profesional de mercadeo que tiene la responsabilidad de gerenciar una identidad o marca, ya sea de una persona jurídica (Empresa, ONG, Fundación, Partido Político u otra organización) o de una persona natural (Artista, Empresario, Político o algún experto en algún área), siendo que esta identidad o marca a la que me refiero es del ámbito digital y se expresa en la Web y sus redes.
Con un poco de nostalgia, puedo recordar que yo vi el nacimiento de las primeras redes sociales, me hacen sentir como el #Meme de la película de fantasía y aventura, cuando un Rey Elfo le dice a un viejo amigo mago: “Yo Estuve Allí, Gandalf”. Pero, sí, yo estuve allí cuando proliferaron por primera vez en Venezuela los cibercafés a finales del Siglo XX, vi el nacimiento de las primeras #redes #sociales y presencié el advenimiento de los teléfonos inteligentes que hicieron que estas #RedesSociales fueran ubicuas y móviles.

En particular, en el año 2001, yo trabajé en una Dirección de Informática y tecnología en un Instituto del Estado, cosa que puede resultar muy rara si se considera que mi título universitario no era del área de ingeniería ni de computación, pero yo tenía mucha inclinación por los temas tecnológicos y me había involucrado en la instalación de la primera sala de navegación para Internet de la Facultad de Ingeniería de mi Universidad en 1996. Siempre le pareció raro a mis amigos que no me dedicara a la informática, pero supongo que eso ya es un recuerdo, un bonito recuerdo.
Retomando lo de la efemérides, el trabajo de un #ComunityManager en un inicio se consideró como parte de las atribuciones de un administrador de sistemas o de un WebMaster, pero luego se hizo evidente que esto no podía ser de esa manera, se necesitaba alguien que tuviera la formación y el talento para aplicar los principios de mercadeo y publicidad en el mundo digital, así nació la necesidad de estos especialistas, que con el pasar del tiempo y la proliferación de distintas redes sociales, cada una con un enfoque o presencia particular, consolidaron el campo de trabajo actual.
