Good morning to all my dear and appreciated friends of Buskeria. I really hope that you are all having an excellent Friday full of blessings. Friends, today I have returned to bring you a new story. It has been a few days since the last one I brought you so I was already looking forward to writing a new one for all of you. Today I have dedicated it to the R411 Tiago card from our beloved Rising Star Game. As always, I remind you that to make this story I based myself in part on the art of the card. Having said this, we begin with the story, I hope you like it. If you wish, you can leave me your opinions or suggestions in the comments. Let's get started.

They say that music solves everything, and I think it's true. I say this because when you feel a little down you listen to your favorite song and it cheers you up. And it also works the other way around if you listen to the right music it can even make you cry. The truth is that it has a great power over us. And so when I say us I also mean our friend Tiago. He doesn't know it yet but in the near future the skills he has for playing the piano will help him to help a person and change them completely. You'll see. But I'm sure you don't know our friend Tiago so I'm going to tell you a little about him. You see, he's a pianist, he's not yet anyone important in this world of piano. In fact, it was only recently that he started this career.

Not long ago he still lived with his parents. But after starting this career he wanted to become independent. He moved to a 2-story house. He lived on the top floor and his neighbor Don Ernesto lived downstairs. This is where he spent most of his time practicing. And on weekends he played at local fairs in the city. Since then he has been looking for a band to join as a keyboard player but has not had any luck yet. But he has not lost hope of doing so at some point.

That's why he practiced so much at home to continue improving his skills and at some point get the attention of a band and be able to join them. But between so much practice he didn't realize that the music was bothering his neighbor. Sure, listening to the piano is very nice but if you spend the day playing it may bore your neighbors. Lately when Ernesto spent hours playing, his neighbor downstairs would grab a broom and start hitting the ceiling to make him stop playing. When Tiago asked him what was happening or why he was hitting the ceiling, Ernesto didn't answer anything. But Tiago is not stupid, he knew that he did it to make him stop playing. He thought that maybe the music was bothering him.

In order not to continue bothering his neighbor, what he did was buy some soundproofing cardboard to soundproof his room so he wouldn't bother the neighbor downstairs. When he installed it, he did a little test to see if the sound came out of the room. The truth is that what he heard was practically nothing, so he could breathe easy because he knew that there would be no more problems with Ernesto.

But what a surprise he was in for. As soon as he started playing again, Ernesto immediately began to hit the ceiling, now with 2 brooms. When Tiago stopped playing, Ernesto also stopped hitting. That's when he realized that the problem was no longer the noise, because he could hardly hear anything from outside his room. So he decided that he should ask him directly to explain what was happening.

Tiago decided to go down to Don Ernesto's apartment to clear things up. He knocked on the door and when Ernesto opened it he saw that Ernesto's face was all red as if he wanted to explode, he was really furious. So he had to take a deep breath because he didn't know how to talk to him. He said the same with these words, "Don Ernesto, with all due respect, I can't keep practicing with you by pounding on the ceiling every time I play. I need to find a solution or for you to tell me what's going on," he said with the best smile he could muster. After that Ernesto looked at him and snorted. "The solution would be for you to burn that piano, but I don't think you're willing to do it," Ernesto told him. Tiago started laughing because he thought it was a joke and this laugh calmed things down because Ernesto started laughing too.

At that very moment while they were still sleeping, Tiago looked inside Ernesto's house because the door was half open and he saw something that left him cold. Inside he also had a piano. That's when curiosity got the better of him. "Do you play too?" he asked. The laughter stopped there and he replied that he didn't play, that it was his wife who played and that was her passion but not his.

And where is your wife? Tiago asked him again, this time Ernesto's somewhat grumpy manner was gone and now he looked sad. That was when Tiago understood everything. His wife had died and apparently when he heard him playing upstairs that brought back memories of his wife. So in the end he realized what was happening. That day he only told Ernesto not to worry that he was going to do everything possible to not bother him anymore and he didn't answer anything, he just closed the door slowly. When Tiago went back up to his upper floor he started to think about how to help him, because he always said that music could change anyone. That's why a proverb he read somewhere came to his mind that said if you're afraid of something face it, and in this case if that something brings back sad memories the best thing is to face it.

So he came up with an idea to apply this with Ernesto and help him get out of his sadness. The next day he knocked on his door again, but this time he asked to come in. He explained that he was sorry that they had gotten off on the wrong foot and that he understood why the music bothered him, even though he hadn't wanted to tell him so. That's when Ernesto reminded him and quoted the words of the proverb he had read in some Chinese book. Ernesto told him, thank you very much for understanding, forgive me, I shouldn't have acted like that, it's all my fault. Then Tiago told him that if he wanted he could teach him to play the piano and that way he would learn too.

Ernesto's eyes filled with tears because he saw that Tiago had a genuine interest in helping him. So he said okay. But on one condition, he wanted Ernesto to teach him how to play his wife's favorite song. Tiago wouldn't mind so he said yes. They spent the next few months practicing together. Every weekend when he had a day off he would go downstairs to give Ernesto lessons. In that time Ernesto had completely mastered the song that his wife liked. Now almost every day he would play it. Before it made him sad but now remembering his wife made him happy. But there was a problem he had spent so much time learning to play his wife's favorite song that he hadn't learned to play any more songs.

And now that he knew how to play something, he wanted to learn more. That's why he went to see Tiago upstairs. He told him that if he taught him to play more, he would never bother him again and he could play whatever he wanted. Tiago laughed and said, "Of course, friend, no problem. I'll teach you whatever you want." And that's how Tiago and Don Ernesto became good friends. Music really does make changes. Ernesto went from being a grumpy person to someone kind who likes music. You had to see it to believe it. And that's how their days went by. Tiago played the piano upstairs and Ernesto downstairs, sometimes they even agreed to play. I'm sure the two of them will find a bright future.
