So to cheer them up when she goes to visit them, she sings this song by Edith Piaf. So after listening to the movie version I was curious to listen to the original, because I really liked it. And thanks to that, little by little I got to know more about the singer and her other songs, which are also very good. And of course today's song in particular is one of my favorites from her entire catalog.

On the other hand, the lyrics of Non, je ne regrette rien are quite clear, well, if they translate it of course, because it's in French 😅. Let's say Edith sings that she doesn't regret anything, neither the good nor the bad that she has lived. She says that everything that has happened to her is already forgotten. She also adds that she is ready to start over, from scratch. So, I'm sure that the text may seem a bit simple to many, but you know, I think that she is very right and has an important depth.
