I Am Alive And Thriving (IAAAT)
Finally the weekend is here! Coincidentally today is national environmental sanitation in my state which usually last from 7am to 10.00am before movement is allowed, so I engage in some house cleaning and washing to keep the environment clean and healthy which contribute to good health.
All works and no play seems to make Jack feel dolly! By noon I watch as these folks engage in some fitness exercises with football before the rain obstruct.
