Greetings to you all dear actifitters and alivers on the hive blockchain. Health is wealth and walking to stay healthy contribute to productivity, and productivity brings happiness to everyone involved.
My day's fitness health walk begins from Ikot Ekwere Itam and navigate to Itu road junction where I boarded the Keke going to University of Uyo axis.
Getting to the office, I engaged in some official activities for some hours before taking my steps out to Wellington Bassey road for other engagement.
I also walk to Techno office to see if I can fix my android phone that the screen went blank. Unfortunately the technicians told me that my Vernee T3 Pro does not have replaceable accessories since the phone is not very common in Nigeria market. I felt disappointed because I have important files and programs in the phone.
All effort to see if I can at least retrieve some items proof abortive and I left with the feeling of dissatisfaction and these almost affect my fitness health walk because the vibes and the zeal seems to dissappear.
Well, life most go on, so I manage to console myself and engage in other activities in my to-do list.
I hit the street again and my legs quickly adjust to the reclaim state of mind and I see myself making the move again.
When I got back home and checked my Actifit records, I discovered that I have made over 6300 steps to keep fit and healthy.
