Greetings to you all dear actifitters and alivers, hope your fitness day walk to day is superb.
As for me I engaged in the walking some street starting from home at Ikot Ekwere Itam and extending to Calaba Itu High way.
As I take my stepping, I do not hesitate to capture some worthy spots along the way.
Fortunate somehow the early morning rain before my movement helped to calm the weather and make it ideal for a walk of that magnitude.
My steppings seems slow and steady and I gradually moves towards Itam market.
Occasionally the weather appears as if it will rain fire and sulfur but after some minutes changes again.
On getting to Itam I pause to use the Atm and withdraw some naira in orfer to pick one or two things while returning.
I bought some tubers of yam and water yam since my wife likes it.
Then eggs for sauce to go with the yam and other few items.
While returning back home, the bag seems a bit heavy so I decided to employ the service of the cyclist.
Other in house walk and chores moves my steps to over 5500 to keep fit and healthy.
