My Actifit Report Card: July 22 202411ll1

Today is bright and fair. The rain gives way to the brightly sunshine which is suitable to engage any activities.

Before going out I first attend to the house chores and then refresh my self. I walk from home at Ikot Ekwere Itam to church road before linking Urua Ekpa road.

I was able to attend the Christian meeting,

At the end of the walk I am able to record over 3000 steps to keep fit and healthy.
