My Actifit Report Card: July 21 2024

Greetings to you all dear actifitters and happy Sunday to you all.

Sunday is a rest day, Sunday is a worship day, Sunday is visiting day and so many other activities people choose to engage in the Sunday.

I have the pleasure of attending the Christian meeting in company of my family members. I need to attend because that is where I receive my inspiration and godly principles for daily living from.

And today's study and worship prove to be very interesting and educative.

At the close of the meeting, I also joined other faithfuls to share in a two hours evangelism.

By the close of the day, I have recorded over 2500 steps to keep fit and healthy.
