Ginger Pear Soup
Ginger pear soup, is a processed pear that is cut and then given ginger spices and cinnamon and puncture the lawang flower on the pear meat. This aims to penetrate the aroma and flavor of the flower into the pear meat. Pears do have a lot of water content, but they also have enough sugar content so that in the soup you don't need to add other sweeteners besides palm sugar to get an interesting color in the soup dish.
This soup was inspired by my grandmother, who said this ginger soup is a very effective cough reliever. And even now I often use this soup as a cough reliever and also warms the body. Now this soup itself is not only enjoyed when you have a cough. You can enjoy it whenever you want especially during the rainy season or winter this soup is the best mainstay. Now how to make it, let's look at the recipe below!.

Result
Serve the warm pear soup in a serving bowl, enjoy it while it's warm by sipping the soup and let your pear meat enjoy slowly, now here I move the bunga lawang spice part when I enjoy it. This spice is only meant to provide flavor and aroma in the soup, not to be chewed because it tastes bad. But the fragrance and taste in the soup I make sure is very delicious and authentic. So anyone who enjoys it will definitely like it. Moreover, the aroma of ginger combined with palm sugar gives a special color.
For those of you who are coughing, or having an unseasonably cold day I think this soup would be great to accompany your day. It's a simple dish with good-for-you benefits, definitely plant-based, especially in other countries where I'm sure pears are easy to find. And make sure spices are a very important ingredient in this soup.
