My Homemade Ramen Noodles

The simple noodles that I make from whatever instant noodles I have at home are indeed addictive, how could they not be so delicious with a touch of soto-flavored noodles combined with eggs. Eggs do give a creamy texture when blended like the process of making mayonnaise. This is new to me but I will definitely make this recipe again in the future.

The creaminess of the egg is quite tempting to anyone who sees it, but again create a level of spiciness in the ramen noodles to make it even more delicious. Well these noodles are not too soupy but I made a creamy texture from the egg, this makes ramen noodles similar to the ones I've tried before at a popular ramen noodle shop a few months ago. So curious about the recipe, let's take a look below.




Ingredients Used

1 pack of instant noodles
2 eggs
½ lime
3 tablespoons of cooking oil
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 spring onion stem cut
1 clove shallot
Nori sheet to taste




Making Procedure


Step 1


Eggs are boiled until perfectly cooked, then I peel the skin, slowly because it is very hot.

Step 2


Take one egg, then blend until smooth with chili powder, garlic, cooking oil and lime juice.

Step 3


Next, add instant noodles boiled until half cooked.

Step 4


Prepare instant noodle seasoning in a serving bowl add the boiled noodles.

Step 5


Then add the eggs that have been blended with spices, then dilute with a little hot water and serve with fried onions and green onions.

Although it didn't turn out perfectly, I was very satisfied with the taste. This new experiment of making simple ramen noodles did succeed with amazing flavors, yeah this is enough to make me miss the curry ramen noodles that I had tried before in the city a few months ago. Now there are things you should note in making these ramen noodles, make sure to use soto noodles for better results.

My bowl of ramen noodles is ready to eat, I served it with a sprinkle of fried onions on top then gave half a boiled egg and also gave a piece of nori on top. Ahh this is heavenly, so delicious and of course ordinary instant noodles become very delicious. Again this is not to be consumed too much and many times just consume it once every 2 months in my opinion is better. I do often schedule to enjoy instant noodles too much. So for those of you who want to enjoy ramen kw ala me, welcome to try this.
