Hola hola mamis y papis de la comunidad, como siempre es un gusto estar por acá! Hoy vengo a hablarles un poco de lo que hemos implementado en los ultimos dias para tener un tiempo de Paz en este cuarto, porque literalmente yo vivo en un cuarto jeje y es donde trabajo tambien porque todo es online, asi que cuando llegan los niños de clases comprenderan que esto es un caos 🙄 discuten por cualquier tonteria, como todo hermano no? Jeje y aunque no siempre pierdo la paciencia. Hay veces que si, asi que la Tv ha sido digamos nuestra aliada, y aunque le hemos limitado muchisimo el uso, no voy a negar que la ven! Pero, estaban viendo cualquier cantidad de tonterias, asi que decidimos que vieran algo que les aportara algo positivo, y de paso habia algo de tranquilidad en el cuarto pues ya no estan peleando porque vengo yo, me toca a mi, yo no quiero ver eso y bla bla bla, asi que mi esposo consiguió en instagram un reels que recomendaba 5 canales de youtube para entretener y enseñar a los niños y mi favorito fie este, se llama "Cosmic Kids Yoga"
Hello hello moms and dads of the community, as always it is a pleasure to be here! Today I come to tell you a little about what we have implemented in the last few days to have a peaceful time in this room, because literally I live in a room hehe and it's where I work also because everything is online, so when the children from classes arrive they will understand that this is chaos 🙄 they argue for any nonsense, like every brother don't they? Hehe and although I don't always lose my patience. There are times that yes, so the TV has been, let's say, our ally, and although we have limited its use a lot, I'm not going to deny that they watch it! But, they were watching any amount of nonsense, so we decided to watch something that would bring them something positive, and by the way there was some tranquility in the room because they are no longer fighting because I'm coming, it's my turn, I don't want to watch that and blah blah blah, so my husband got on instagram a reels that recommended 5 youtube channels to train and teach the children and my favorite fie this one, it's called "Cosmic Kids Yoga"
Y como el nombre lo dice, es un canal de yoga para niños, y a mis hijos les encantó la idea de hacerlo, asi que les acomodamos un espacio en el cuarto y comenzaron 🥰
And as the name says, it's a yoga channel for kids, and my kids loved the idea of doing it, so we set up a space in the room for them and they started 🥰.
Lo que mas les gustó es que la chica va haciendo posiciones de Yoga pero mientras narra un cuento, asi que se les hace super entretenido
What they liked the most is that the girl is doing Yoga positions while she narrates a story, so it is very entertaining for them.
Ema por supuesto no tenia mucho equilibrio jajaja pero 100% actitud, Chris si es un duro, logró muchas posturas de yoga jeje 🥰 estaban realmente contentos, y nosotros mas relajados, a mi personalmente la Yoga me relaja, o sea escuchar a la persona que guia pues, y en este caso la chica a pesar que va narrando un cuento, no es un escandalo jeje
Ema pos course did not have much balance hahaha but 100% attitude, Chris if it is a hard, achieved many yoga postures hehe 🥰 were really happy, and we more relaxed, me personally Yoga relaxes me, or listen to the person who guides well, and in this case the girl although she is narrating a story, is not a scandal hehehe
Asi han pasado varios dias ya, van haciendo videos diferentes por supuesto, pero sin duda ha sido una excelente opcion para que se alejen un poco de esos canales que vienen viendo siempre, ademas estan dandole movilidad a sus cuerpecitos 🥰 ¿Y nosotros? FELICES 🤣😍

Yo se que muchos padres son anti pantallas, yo tambien decia que lo seria jeje pero basta tener dos hijos con 100% energia para entender que las pantallas si se les da un buen uso, pueden ser una excelente herramienta tambien!!
I know that many parents are anti-screens, I used to say I would be too hehe but it is enough to have two children with 100% energy to understand that screens, if they are put to good use, can be an excellent tool too!!!
