The "it's good" beer is a classic craft beer from a "brewery outside the city". Although the name may seem funny, because producers try to outdo each other with names to increase sales, its taste is quite serious and worthy of attention.
Piwo "Dobrze jest" to klasyczne piwo kraftowe z Browaru za Miastem. Choć nazwa może wydawać się śmieszna, bo producenci prześcigają się w nazewnictwie, aby zwiększyć sprzedaż, to jego smak jest całkiem poważny, i godny uwagi.
Today I decided to combine them with a classic Sunday dinner, namely baked chicken wings, potatoes with dill and tomato salad with cream.
Dzisiaj postanowiłem zestawić je z klasycznym niedzielnym obiadem, a mianowicie z pieczonymi skrzydełkami z kurczaka, ziemniaczkami z koperkiem i sałatką pomidorową ze śmietaną.

Danie mimo iż jest proste, to jednak jest wyjątkowe, bo nie występują w nim klasycznie pojmowane skrzydełka z kurczaka, a tylko ich środkowa część, którą najbardziej lubię, i jest ona dostępna osobno w sprzedaży.

Okazuje się, że piwo "Dobrze jest" to piwo idealne do tego dania. Jest to piwo typu Wheat Ipa z herbatą Sencha o wyjątkowym smaku.

Piwo posiada delikatną goryczkę, którą uzyskano podczas długiego leżakowania z odpowiednio dobranymi chmielami. Chmiel Cascade nadał piwu posmak grapefruitowy, chmiel Ekuanot posmak pomarańczy, Hallertau Blanc posmak winogron i mango, natomiast chmiel Sabro smaki mandarynki i kokosa. Ta wybuchowa mieszanka spowodowała, że piwo jest genialne w smaku.

Apart from several types of hops, the beer also contains Sencha tea, spelled flakes, rye malt and yeast.
W skład piwa poza kilkoma gatunkami chmieli wchodzą jeszcze herbata Sencha, płatki orkiszowe, słód żytni i drożdże.
The beer is pasteurized, naturally cloudy and light in color, more greenish than straw. Delicate, bitter taste and pleasant fruity scent.
Piwo jest, pasteryzowane, naturalnie mętne i ma jasny kolor, bardziej zielonkawy niż słomkowy. Smak delikatny, goryczkowaty i przyjemny owocowy zapach.
The foam is thick, white, very high, but falls quickly. Beer tastes best when chilled to 8 degrees. It is the perfect drink for Sunday dinner. It's so good that I'll try other beers from Browar za Miastem. I recommend
Piana jest gęta, biała, bardzo wysoka, ale szybko opada. Piwo najlepiej smakuje schłodzone do temperatury 8 stopni. Jest idealnym trunkiem do niedzielnego obiadu. Jest na tyle dobre, że skuszę się na inne piwa z Browaru za Miastem. Polecam
