Recently, the influenza has been appearing everywhere due to the temperamental bad weather, and people are just fed up with wearing masks when unwell in the public.
I mean I know there could be triggering some red 🚨 alert from those who are anti establishment oppression, but if your sick 😷🤢 but you have to work, either take medication and wear a mask when want to cough or sneeze.
I wished my immunity was higher, but courtesy is the way to go. One's well-being needs to be self-accountable.
But maybe there's a way to prevent further for anyone who's having flu and cough or confined in the same workspace with one, with some air remedy?
Recently, I bumped into a YouTube shorts similar to this one and thought about the recycled candles I made, but the wick was too thick, and it cracked the recycle bottle when the flame was too big.
So with a tea light clay scent pot that I haven't used for a long time, and with some old silicone mould and created some "candle capsules" with a mixture of cloves, a bit of old scented candle wax and also Vicks Vaporub.
I have been using it a few times whenever my nose felt blocked and so far worked, as long as we are okay with the clove-y Vicks scent.
I didn't use a lot of clove, but perhaps I should use more when I make it again from old candle scraps.
What do you think?
Will you try this out, or do you have another even better remedy?
I might want to try orange skin remedy as well in the future if I ever juice any orange juices.
