RE: CCC's Street Art Contest #227 | 🎁 : 100% Liquid Payout and Ecency points as Prize Pool & Winners of #226

When it's all about Graffiti, the line between a piece of graffiti being Art or an Act of Vandalism is fine.

That line is distinguishable, though.

It's a simple difference. If the owner of the wall invites the artist to paint on that, it's not a vandalism, right? ;)

However, it appears it could be both, as I guess nobody considers Banksy's works as vandalism. That's just because of fame and money, I guess. Anyway.

Here is this piece that has that side of vandalism, as I found it on the walls of big residential buildings in Varna, Bulgaria and I am 100% sure the people living there haven't been asked for permission.

You are right about the fine line...whether this is vandalisme or not...anyway, appriciate that you share this piece of grafitt with us🙂

Oh, I definitely enjoyed those graffiti pieces, they were affecting the ugly concrete reality by changing it into a positive direction, certainly :)
Thank you!

Always better with some colors on grey concrete 😁
