It's not a fitness fad ...

It's just a biological necessity, to do exercises, and to keep moving.

No one has the power to criticize me and lower my self-esteem unless I give them permission. Without a doubt everyone has their own way, their way of looking on the outside, that includes weight, external integral image of our body, but the best thing is that all change is natural without doing anything different, unless it is due to a biological pathology, extreme physiological for example obesity ) many resort to bariatric surgery, and that's fine.

Personally, I am a Lady of 6 decades, I keep jogging doing exercises, pilates, aerobics, physical stretching, swimming, cycling and I stop counting and that somehow covers my biological need to be in balance in body, soul and spirit.

I like to feel good, look agile and strong, I do it every day with a lot of willpower, perseverance by the way la.best friend to keep me cheerful and the magic of motivation and discipline, are fundamental.

Without that it's vanity, I say it and I stand by it, nothing like being yourself.

The best investment will always be to invest in oneself, whether in physical and emotional health, everything adds up for our self-esteem. We only have one life, so we have to do what makes us happy, because from experience I can tell you that whatever we do we will always be criticized.

It is preferable to be a person who is criticized happy than criticized unhappy, because people's value judgments are never going to be lacking.

I think there are many unemployed people, doing nothing but being attentive to criticize the life of others, a lot of gossip and envy 🥴.

I have said it many times and I stand by it, it is essential to have the personality structure, to be deteminado, to learn to deal with the criticisms that are never lacking. Everyone does what he wants and desires.

We can all feel fear at some point in our life, it's normal, it's a natural emotion. The important thing is to know that there are tools and solutions to cope with it, for example going to therapy. Because the complexes with our physical appearance, the challenges, often stop us on the way to feeling good about who we are on the outside and on the inside.

Thinking many times that everything we have to do in any physical training to improve ourselves also makes us afraid and the phrase "I can't" appears.

We empower ourselves to the extent that we are overcoming obstacles, in my case it has not been easy, sometimes I get frustrated, I cry but I decide to keep going despite the fact that my muscles hurt, my body when I exercise and do the stretches to lengthen my body to have greater flexibility. Phew then I'm going to therapeutic massages to recover.😁

As far as possible.

It is necessary to learn to love ourselves as we are is the best decision we can make besides taking care of ourselves to recover our health and our personal appearance.
