Tonight it's no-cook-night. That's one more reason to enjoy Friday night! 😁 well, I treated everyone -- humans and cats -- to a roasted chicken dinner. No occasion. I just felt like celebrating #aliveandthriving. Last night, this was the result of my salmon dish experiment. Gladly, I remembered to take a photo before we dived into it. LOL! My daughter loved it. I'd say it was another successful experiment.
I'd call it sweet & not so spicy pan fried salmon. It's from some IG post that my daughter saw and asked me to copy. I had to adjust the recipe based on what we have on hand. Ingredients for the marinade (and sauce): oyster sauce, light soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, warm water. I made sure to marinate for at least 30 mins. before cooking. I'm glad it turned out well.
