Today I chose to take action on the current situation we are facing (hot temp in the flat). However, an unreliable mobile phone provider did not send my sms (text) message on time, so plans have to be delayed. Well, it's just for a day. Perhaps it was just the universe telling me to...

I can wait. Patience is a virtue after all. Some major actions need careful consideration. 😉👍

No chicken and egg dilemma for tonight as I cook a dish called chicken egg adobo. LOL! There are a variety of ways to prepare this dish when you search online. I like using Mom's old recipe of equal amount of soy sauce and vinegar with some tbsps. of sugar. Lately I shifted to light soy wherein I dilute the soy sauce with water. That helps make it less salty.

Onwards to my #LarryIsAlive quest...
