Hello friends,
Another wonderful day to save the planet by keeping our environment clean.
It has been raining through out today, and we were all feeling cold. When the rain stopped, I decided to just stroll down the street to buy some stuff. Walking down the street I swear drainage that was blocked with dirt, and it became very hard for water to pass through it. That water stucked to point that it started flowing back to the roads, which caused a little flooding.
This situation made me to remember the importance of keeping the environment clean. If people would have known how to dispose waste properly this wouldn't have occurred. You find some people throwing dirt in the gutters and drainage without knowing the consequences it might cause if it piles up.
Government has helped us to provide a good drainage for water to pass through in other to prevent flooding across the areas. But we the citizen said know that we don't want it that way, and we start disposing wastes in those drainage and blocking the water channels.
We must think carefully about the consequences of our actions before acting, especially when it comes to the things of the environment. We must ensure our environment is safe and healthy for all to stay, and can hardly achieve this if we don't even know how to simply dispose wastes and dirt.
Clean you environment. Clean your town. Clean your city. Save the planet.
