Mushroom sukka

Hello friends and fungi lovers greetings this post is my contribution to the #fungiFriday community by @ewkaw.
Today I am posting a very simple quick, but delicious recipe that can be used for any kind of mushrooms I used champignon from the shop but wild ones really make this dish special

Ingredients:
3 large mushrooms (around 200 grams)
1 big red onion

1/4 cup dried coconut
1 tsp amchur powder /Dried mango powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp garam masala.
2 tbsp. oil

In a skillet sauté onion using 2 tbsp oil on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.

Add shredded dry coconut and sauté for a minute

Cut mushrooms in slices.

Add mushrooms to the onion and coconut mixture.

Sprinkle garam masala, mango powder, and salt. stir it.

Saute it until mushrooms start releasing juice.

And mushroom sukkah is ready enjoy it with pita bread or naan any flatbread

I made chapati with that and it was our delicious quick lunch.
It looks very simple but when you make and taste it you realize the taste.

Mushrooms with coconut... this must taste really nice :)

Yes, it is a Goan-style very fast recipe, the dried coconut gives that smoky taste and uses oil instead of butter, making lunch tiffin different and delicious. Thanks for your support. :)
