If I was already going off my diet with the bread, some extra fries wouldn't make a difference, so, fries and more ketchup for me please, ah geez, I'm the one serving hahaha. Pero, el filete cortado en cubos y salteado en la plancha, era rápido, pero quedaría muy seco, eso pensé, le agrego salsa BBQ y solución - le falta cuerpo - cebolla salteada me respondí, jajaja,y así me dispuse a pensar en cómo estructurar esta hamburguesa, que me recordaba unas muy deliciosas que mi padre nos llevaba a comer cuando era una niña, nunca olvidó aquellas hamburguesas con solomo hecho a la parrilla, y que le agregaban una salsa que la hacía única, siempre he estado persiguiendo ese sabor, y creo que hoy me acerque un poco, aún sigue faltando algo, así que toca continuar probando.

Técnicamente esto no sería una hamburguesa, sería un sándwich con carne a la parrilla, pero aquí a todo lo que se hace en un pan para hamburguesas, le dan el mismo nombre, acompáñame y te muestro como prepare está delicia que me salvo el almuerzo de hoy.

Los filetes de solomo, ya los tenía condimentados, con ajo, comino, pimienta, sal y salsa inglesa, por lo que únicamente los tuve que cortar en cubitos, al igual que la cebolla en juliana y las papas en bastones, no le quite la piel, pues está le da un toque crujiente bastante bueno. Llevamos la carne a la sartén y una vez sellado le coloco un par de cucharadas de salsa BBQ.

Le agregamos la cebolla cortada en juliana y continuamos salteando hasta que las cebollas se caramelicen, esto le da una textura deliciosa a la carne, sin hablar del sabor, reservamos y procedemos a tostar un poco el pan, no nos olvidemos de las papas.

Con la carne y el pan listo, procedemos al armado de está delicia, le coloco mayonesa ahumada, les debo esa receta, es una verdadera delicia, kétchup y mostaza, para continuar con pepinillo, tomates frescos y una generosa porción de carne, coronamos con lechuga en tiras finas y cerramos el sándwich.

Si ya me estaba saliendo de la dieta con el pan, unas papas fritas extras no harían la diferencia, así que, papas fritas y más kétchup para mí por favor, ah caramba, yo soy la que está sirviendo jajaja. La verdad es que, no es como la imaginaba, sin embargo, se acerca mucho a lo que buscaba, y quedó realmente deliciosa.
