Olleros Subway Station - Monomad Challenge.

It's always a pleasure to take some photos on the Buenos Aires subway, all stations have their appeal, their particularity and their aesthetics or style. Line D is a branch that is not very modern but not very old either, there are stations that are large and there is enough space to walk and look for interesting angles. Today I want to share with you some shots at Olleros station.

Among other things, I have been looking to take photography from another point of view, another vision, other themes and at the same time push the ISO a little, take it to the lowest possible levels without generating as much noise, The subway is a good place for it and to have better results in places with little light I use some of the fiscal fixed lenses.

For these shots I used the 85mm lens with apertures from 1.8 to 3.5 with ISO levels up to 6400.

As some of you know, I am an employee of the subway company and internally they tell me that these trains can literally drive themselves. There are certain reasons why this is not used yet and one of them is the insecurity that passengers may have when seeing a train that does not have a driver.

I suppose there will also be some technical and logistical aspects which is why they don't carry it out either.

It's great to capture some images of everyday life in some of these stations, although if I had more time I would have tried to capture more expressions and movement of the people.

Subway stations can be dangerous at times, many know that incidents and accidents happen there, Even people use it as a place to end their lives (I've seen this). This is a device that works as an emergency kick for any case that may cause an accident 👇🏻

In the photographic field... I think the combination between trains and people, tunnels and the stations and tracks themselves is very interesting. I would like to do a photo shoot in these places, especially on the most modern subway line, the H line. I have the idea of a film-type session that could be a good option.

Some people are waiting for the train to arrive that will take them to their station of choice, others walk towards the stairs and to the exit of the Olleros station.
