Beauty of Cannabis - Seedlings

Trying something new

I have been taking pictures of cannabis for a few years now, and over that time, I have really come to appreciate the beauty of this plant. I have taken thousands of photographs throughout all the different stages of growth, but one of the stages that I have often neglected to really appreciate is the seedling stage.

I am not sure if it is because I am somewhat scared of this stage of growth, so I don't want to disturb the plants at all. It could also be because this stage can be boring when the plant doesn't do much during the first week. But I have really begun to like this stage more and more.

There is something special about a fresh seedling that just sprouted up out of the soil and begins its journey in this world.

Each one of these little seedlings has so much potential and I really want to give them the best chance at thriving. I really love this plant and all that it has done for my life over the years. Cannabis has strong healing properties and has given countless people relief over the years.

My goal with this "Beauty of Cannabis" series is to showcase some of my most creative shots of this amazing plant. I am hoping to be able to show off the different stages of growth in creative ways that you may not have ever seen before. I hope you enjoyed these shots. Thank you for taking the time to check them out.

Those drops are so perfect and so cute. I love how you made an art piece from this simple fact in the nature. Thanks a los for transmitting so much with this post!!

Thanks for the nice comment.

The seeds of this cannabis plant look very beautiful, but there is a little different with the lighting that appears in the picture, I think you use additional light, but this is cool, I have to admit that taking pictures using a camera is better than using a cellphone camera

Ya, there are a lot of differences in quality between a good camera and a cell phone. Cell phones are making huge strides in quality though. As far as lighting for these shots, I just used my grow lights as the light source.

That was really a beautiful plant view actually I must confess

Thank you

Stunning photos!

You seem to get much better colour in your pictures than mine, is that natural light?

I'm glad I'm not the only one scared of starting new plants

Thank you. The color may be because of the lenses and camera that I use. My Canon lenses produce some really cool colors compared to cell phones. For these photos, I just used my grow lights, which you can see in some the reflections of the water droplets.

I am getting more comfortable with seedlings and germinating now. In the past I did have issues germinating and I think a lot of that was due to bad seeds. I have been having really good results lately.

You seem to know how to capture beautiful pictures
Anyway, I’m glad that your cannabis plant is gradually growing
Nice one!

Thanks. It's a lot of fun learning new ways to photograph my plants.

If these Pics don't give the envy to grow some Mary Jane... i have no clue what else would.

Thanks. Growing your own cannabis is so rewarding.

Agreed... on sooooo many levels.

It is very important to have a good camera result to make such pictures, all these pictures look very beautiful and clear.
