My Actifit RC: May 21st 23 - An Alive Sunday despite Eastern Storm - #353

A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit

The anticyclone of the Azores has merged with the Russian-Siberian anticyclone and, together, have stretched along the parallels, which has caused the inversion of the zonal winds on the Mediterranean and, thanks to the low pressure area there, have made this Sunday unstable and cold.

This morning I went down to have lunch at my sister’s in Marano di Napoli because going to the beach house in this horrible weather is a contradiction. Fortunately here the sky is colored blue for the many festoons that now almost prevent the vision of the natural sky.

With the warming of the soil, in the afternoon, sea winds were activated that brought large amounts of moisture causing continuous and persistent rain showers that lasted throughout lunch and throughout the afternoon.

Today I contributed very little to the realization of the Sunday lunch because my sister arrived late and needed help in the kitchen.

Returning home I noticed that there were not many people at the station also cause the very bad weather because in this area, with the concomitance of the soccer match of Naples, it is usually really difficult to walk.

As for Napoli Soccer, today they won 3-1 against Inter F.C. which was the only team we had not beaten this year. The good thing is that in formation will come the second lines that, therefore, prove very good.

Also on this day of bad weather I put together almost 13k of steps for my iamalivechallenge 353 while yesterday you just could not get off the house and I did only 3k of steps. At the bottom of the page you can find the links to the stages of my tour in conjunction with my reports of #actifit.
