Recovery Lunch : My Actifit Report Card: January 30 2025

After my long cycle ride yesterday, I needed to fuel up! This lovely lunch today was just the ticket. A ciabatta roll with pulled port and barbecue sauce. 👅

Needless to say, after that lunch, I was feeling a little sleepy. 😄

Yesterday, I took a picture of some snowdrops along my cycling route. Today , along the roadside, I spotted a whole bank of them! My picture unfortunately doesn't do them justice. There were so many flowers, I tried to get all of them in, which made the shot too wide.
