My Actifit Report Card: July 10 2023

For some unknown reason I could not get restful sleep for half the night. I gave up and made a hot caffeine free drink and sat in the lounge for a while.

This has happened before. Not sure if it was due to the cycling earlier in the day but i chose to have a day without too much stress. 😂

I did walk to our nearest supermarket which is only about 5 or six minutes away by foot. Quite handy really, and I did enjoy the fresh air too.

As I write this @actifit report I feel much more relaxed so hopefully I'll sleep well tonight. 🤔
