You can find these friendly creatures everywhere along the coast here in Caleta de Fuste. They frequent the volcanic rocks on the shore. They will take nuts and fruit from your hands!
We took a pleasant walk along the coast path for a while this morning. Temperatures were about 21°C. Very nice for February.
We arrived at the harbour area where there is an artificial beach, created with some sand from the Sahara desert!
There are more people here than I expected, although nowhere near full capacity the hotel is busy. There are plenty of bars and restaurants here to keep everyone occupied.
Our hotel has entertainment in the bar downstairs. Unfortunately for us the bar room is directly beneath our apartment! 😵💫.
The entertainment does stop strictly at 11pm however. So we do get a good night's sleep. 😃.
There are many cats around the harbour area. Cat cafés have been donated by volunteers for the welfare of these animals. This one is dedicated to someone special.
