My 49th Instacart paycheck 💸 🛒

The final week of 2023 turned out to be another solid week of Instacart where I achieved my weekly earnings goal. Let's talk about how it went each day.

Monday, December 25th

I took off for Christmas Day 🎄

Tuesday, December 26th

No orders = No work

Wednesday, December 27th

My first day back after Christmas was short but sweet. I didn't have a ton of orders after the gym, but I did have one pretty good one. Then there is that juicy $50+ order from one of my new regulars. It's a sweet old woman who lives all by herself. She was stocking up for her grandchildren coming to stay with her this week.

I made about $59.53/hr on this day.

Starting the first half of the week off with at least one solid day like this is good. I now just need 3 or 4 days similar to or better than this one and we will end this year on a high note.

Thursday, December 28th

Friday, December 29th

No orders = No work

Saturday, December 30th

Thank goodness I finally had a good day this week. It's all thanks to the fact that I was offered one of my best Instacart promotions. I had to complete 6 batches. The only thing is, I woke up late Saturday morning and was so sick that I vomited first thing. I didn't let that stop me from reaching my goal.

I made about $60.56/hr on this day.

Since I completed the promo, I was awarded an extra $50, more than any individual order I had all of Saturday. If it weren't for the promo, it would have been another unsatisfactory day no doubt.

Sunday, December 31st

Sunday was the last day of 2023 and thankfully it was a successful day of Instacart shopping. I was offered another promo, although this one was half as good as the one I had on Saturday. Extra money is extra money though.

I made about $47.88/hr on this day.

I only ended up getting an additional $18 thanks to the promo, but it at least pushed me to take some crappy orders that I normally wouldn't have done.

End of week hours and pay 🤑

My weekly pay was around $350 and I barely worked over 6 hours.

I made about $56.01/hr on average this past week.

Doing it again next week 👀

The year may be over, but there are still three weeks left until my 1st anniversary of doing Instacart. Let's see how the start of 2024 goes in my next Instacart financial report.
