It was an exhausting day of work. I think it's because I didn't get a good amount of sleep last night with a morning wake-up to do another thing first. It's sure a shock for my body to not do its daily routine with sleep and wake-up time. Shifting too fast causes a lack of sleep that'll cause a low immune system. Shifting too long causes heart disease. No matter what's the reason we shouldn't break the regular that much and take it slowly.
Sleeping

People tend to say that waking up in the morning and sleeping before midnight is a good thing. Yes, it's really good when it's a regular to that person. When some people always tell us to be a morning person but they are talking to someone who works in the evening, it'll sound nonsense because that's not their regular and it'll cause many side effects to become a morning person for them. It's also the same as talking to the Brazilian who just came to Japan and because of the time difference, they wake up/sleep more than they usually do because it's not evening/morning yet or vice versa. According to BBC work-life article, "If you're actually reducing sleep to become an early riser. Sacrificing sleep means you may be hit by the many negative effects of sleep deprivation, including moodiness, poor concentration, potential weight gain, anxiety, increased risk of heart disease and higher blood pressure."
Lack of Sleep a.k.a Sleep Deprivation

According to Sleepdoctor, "Oversleeping is a normal response to an increased need for sleep, which can happen after several nights of poor quality rest, when a person is sick, or after mentally or physically demanding activities. But for people who consistently oversleep and don’t wake up feeling rested, an undiagnosed health issue or sleep disorder may be to blame."
Too much sleep side effects

Both of them are causing a side effect and the result will show as "not a regular" for us. While sleeping, working, and hanging out are within our grasp, we always need to ensure that we don't change our regular time. What we need is to adapt to our regular time and not push our bodies to take huge changes at a fast pace. Don't forget that humans are the most adaptable with our technologies and brains.
Evolving animals in CEZ

While we don't need to do something like mutation or evolution like the wolves and dogs in CEZ (Chernobyl Exclusion Zone) yet to stay alive, we can control ourselves to adapt to our situation first before a dead or alive situation like theirs. They are fighting more than us to beat cancer by their immunity reaction. Will humans be lower than wolves and dogs? While they are mutating and evolving to stay alive in CEZ (one step ahead of us in cancer resistance), we're still trying to take other people's lives with war. I hope warmongers will think more about surviving together rather than killing.
P.S. You can check more information in Google News about Wolves and Dogs in CEZ.
How well do Humans Adapt to change?

Start with getting control of our bodies and we can try to adapt to every situation that we'll face. Stay positive. Keep up to look at the positive side. You know your body more than other people.
Have a nice day everyone!
