El Domingo día del Padre, es un día especial, lamento estar lejos de mi papi, sin embargo con la reciente visita de mis amigos, quisimos hacer un compartir llanero para hacerlos sentir en casa, es por ello que escribí está historia para unirme a celebración de todos en este día.
Lo primero que hicimos fue ver dónde donde vendían comida bastante criollo por la zona nueva donde vivo, encontré el mejor lugar, ya que tienen a su disposición chicharrón rico, frito y crujiente el cual se vende según el peso, en esta ocasión pedí con carne.
Estaba tan rico, que pensé en hacer unos frijoles con estos ricos chicharrones, pero por lo pronto disfrutaremos de este pasapalos criollo.
Solo espero que este día, sea tan especial para nuestros visitantes, como para mí padre aún en la distancia, el cual celebra con mi mami, un momento especial, dónde la unión, felicidad y paz es lo que reinará, hasta que oficialmente celebremos porque estamos a solo unos pasos de distancia.
Para nadie es un secreto, mi especial predilección por las cachapas, desde muy pequeña disfruto de esta masa de maíz, con queso o sin el, frita, fría o recién hecha, porque para mí no se compara con nada más delicioso, más aún cuando me evoca mis raíces, mi Apure querido, lugar donde nací.
La diferencia con la cachapa de la ciudad y el de los llanos, es el sabor y el color, pero logro disfrutar de ambas, acompañadas con variedad de rellenos, en este caso queso y cochino frito.
La garantia de frescura en la cachapa es que este recién hechas, y que mejor manera de evidenciarlo, sino a través del proceso de elaboración.
Gracias por venir un conocer un poco de la gastronomía llanera en el Centro del País, con motivo del día del padre.

Sunday Father's Day is a special day, I am sorry to be away from my daddy, however with the recent visit of my friends, we wanted to make a llanero sharing to make them feel at home, that's why I wrote this story to join the celebration of everyone on this day.
The first thing we did was to see where they were selling quite creole food in the new area where I live, I found the best place, as they have at their disposal rich, fried and crunchy chicharron which is sold by weight, this time I asked for meat.
It was so good, I thought about making some beans with these rich chicharrones, but for now we will enjoy this creole pasapalos.
I only hope that this day will be as special for our visitors, as it is for my father, still in the distance, who celebrates with my mommy, a special moment, where union, happiness and peace is what will reign, until we officially celebrate because we are only a few steps away from each other.
For nobody is a secret, my special predilection for cachapas, since I was a little girl I enjoy this corn dough, with or without cheese, fried, cold or freshly made, because for me it does not compare to anything more delicious, even more so when it evokes my roots, my beloved Apure, the place where I was born.
The difference with the cachapa from the city and the one from the plains, is the flavor and color, but I manage to enjoy both, accompanied with a variety of fillings, in this case cheese and fried pork.
The guarantee of freshness in the cachapa is that it is freshly made, and what better way to prove it, but through the process of elaboration.
