Simply Wonderful!

Excellent homemade production, for the first time we made صفيحة / sfīḥah / Esfirras!
Esfirras are small baked pies originally from Syria and Lebanon, according to Wikipedia.

Our production followed our experience with pizzas, which we produce by hand only for our own consumption (and that of our friends, of course!).

We made the dough according to an internet recipe, then rolled it out into a small disc, creating a slightly raised edge to support the filling (covering), which was made with a mixture of cheeses and fresh herbs. As we are Brazilians and have no respect for foreign cuisine, we took the liberty of modifying the toppings and in just a few moves we had slices of chocolate, cheese, pepperoni and even shrimp!

The pizza baking stone was invoked and provided an unmatched flavor!

إنتاج منزلي ممتاز، ولأول مرة صنعنا صفيحة / صفيحة / اسفيراس!
الاسفيراس هي فطائر صغيرة مخبوزة أصلها من سوريا ولبنان، وفقا لويكيبيديا.

يتبع إنتاجنا تجربتنا مع البيتزا، التي ننتجها يدويًا فقط لاستهلاكنا الخاص (واستهلاك أصدقائنا بالطبع!).

لقد صنعنا العجينة وفقًا لوصفة على الإنترنت، ثم قمنا بفردها على شكل قرص صغير، مما أدى إلى إنشاء حافة مرتفعة قليلاً لدعم الحشوة (التغطية)، المصنوعة من خليط من الجبن والأعشاب الطازجة. نظرًا لأننا برازيليين ولا نحترم المأكولات الأجنبية، فقد حصلنا على الحرية في تعديل الطبقة وفي بضع حركات فقط حصلنا على شرائح من الشوكولاتة والجبن والبيبروني وحتى الروبيان!

Excelente produção caseira, pela primeira vez fizemos صفيحة / sfīḥah / Esfirras!
Esfirras são pequenas tortas assadas originais da Síria e Líbano, segundo a Wikipedia.

A nossa produção seguiu nossa experiência com pizzas, que produzimos artesanalmente apenas para consumo próprio (e dos amigos, claro!).

Produzimos a massa de acordo com uma receita de internet, em seguida abrimos em um pequeno disco, montando uma borda levemente elevada para sustentar o recheio (cobertura) que foi feito com uma mistura a base de queijos e ervas frescas. Como somos brasileiros e não temos nenhum respeito à culinária estrangeira, tomamos a liberdade de modificar as coberturas e em poucos movimentos tínhamos esfirras de chocolate, queijo, pepperoni e até mesmo camarão!

A pedra de assar pizza foi invocada e e proporcionou um sabor inigualável!
