Hey Good Folks, it's been a while. i've not written any posts here on Hive for quite some time, although i do Buzz, Wave & comment a bit.
However, reading a Telegram post by D Man of Blockchain Whispers Telegram Channel, i thought i would break my posting fast and share some important #news.

So, it seems Pavel Durov has been arrested in France for failing to censor on Telegram.
Good on him i say!

Although there are more private & decentralised messengers, like Session, SimpleX & Element/Fluffy Chat and others based on the Matrix protocol, Telegram has way more users and more features so is currently more suited for the masses.
Do you still use dinosaur messengers like SMS, Viber, Whatsapp, FB messenger etc?
Time for a change perhaps to Telegram to show support for #PavelDurov. By doing so we will be reducing violence which results from using mainstream platforms which are centralised & ultimately controlled by #thepowersthatshouldntbe, the main instigators of worldwide violence to people, animals & our planet Earth, to Mother Gaia.

You will likely find quite a lot of friends you have on the mainstream platforms already use Telegram.
As well as using Telegram for general use, it does have a "Secret Message" feature where the content is only stored on your own device and the receivers device (as opposed to on a central server), so could not be disclosed even if the Messenger app did disclose data due to violent pressure from so called Authorities.
I also suggest starting to use messengers like Session, Element or Fluffy Chat, SimpleX and even Briar (to prepare for government imposed internet outages). Also, you do not need to provide your phone number or email to use these apps (unlike centralised apps), so you cannot have your account banned.

To further reduce violence i strongly suggest using Privacy Coins sych as Zano, Epic Cash, Ghost, Firo, Conceal, Monero, Secret, Hush, Cash and others. i'll likely write another post about #PrivacyCoins with details and links and about why #PrivacyMatters.
For now, if you want to dip your toes in the Privacy coin pond, i suggest looking at #Zano, which i think is one of the best.
