Greetings friends and all lovers of physical activities all over the world. This is my actifit report for friday the 28/6/2024. On my friday morning, the weather looks bright and clear. As usual , I woke up a bit early and did my usual chores and set out for work.
In the afternoon of my day, I accompanied a friend to buy some fingerlings as he intends to have a mini fishpond at home. He ordered for about 10 fingerlings of catfish.
These are not really a week old. They should be over a fortnight old or even more.
He was also given extra two assuming a few die while taking them home. It was put in a transparent container and handed over to him. The container has some openings at the top to allow ventilation.
He also got some drugs and fish feed to start up with the rearing. This is a good gesture by my friend.
Finished a bit late from work and retired for the day.
In the night, I came out to get some few steps and stretch my legs and enjoy the cool breeze that usually sweeps around in the evenings.
Thereafter, I came back to rest. Once at home, I completed some few online tasks before I then retired for the day.
