Leo is a valuable token and its part of my goal. I have been trying to accumulate more leo and hope this journey will continue the same way things are getting built up. The future of web3 is exciting but its in the early stages and its the time when we need to prepare ourselves to reap the benefits later once the web3 adoption is great. Even now this adoption is not bad but I think that it will take some years to see more action in the web3 space and this is why its the right time to be prepared for something that is not just valuable but rewarding too.
My Leo Power Up
I have powered up 300 leo tokens today and this is not a big amount but surely not bad. This is not big as I have already enabled the leo reward in staked and that is a good option. Its a good option because this can get me to earn 16% APR and I think that this is a good option that should not be missed at all. Below I am sharing the transaction snapshot for 300 leo tokens staking. I did the stake using hive-engine and there are many ways to perform the power up and this time I did it with hive-engine UI.
This is the overall balance and I have delegated 24k LP to a project because I am not consistent on the curation side and I want @India-leo to do this job for me.
Why I stake Leo
This is an important question but I think that the answer is simple because I believe in leo project and anticipate that what they are building now will be way more valuable. Usually, its the right strategy to start with the project in the early days and the same I am trying to do. I stake leo because of my long-term goal and I will continue to do this. Its obvious that I will meet different milestones like 50k or 100k down the line but this is going to be a time-consuming process and I am fine to go with the flow.
LEO Price in Hive-Engine
Here is the price chart for LEO and now the price has come down as it was up in the last month. I did sell and buy back some which I think is good because ultimately I want to grow my overall leo power holding.
With Leo power, we earn curation rewards and with better stake we can also earn better rewards. Its the same as HP where we get curation when we vote through our power and if we don't use it then we can also delegate and earn delegation rewards. In my case, I earn delegation reward for my delegation from india-leo and this is an active account that curates a lot of posts every day and which means their VP for leo power is never idle.
I have delegated 10k HP to @leo.voter and this is paying me 427 Leo in a month with a ratio of approximately 13.7 Leo daily and this is how I am trying to grow my leo power stake. Once again I would like to mention that this is not financial advice but whatever I am earning and accumulating is good for me and its part of my long-term investing.
