Cycling in Israel - My Actifit Report Card: July 28 2022

Hello and welcome to today's activity report¹

Today I cycled along a coast line from Tel Aviv to Herzliya.

Took some nice photos in Yehoshu'a Bin Nun Garden in Herzliya.

Ficus trees are always interesting to photograph, each with its own unique personality.

Today I was extremely lucky. On my way back I pulled these seeds from the front and rear tires before they could do any damage.

All my punctures are caused by these seeds. My best guess, they are from "Puncture vine". Have yet to find any defense against them.
