My Actifit Report Card: November 7 2024

Hello friends, how are you this Friday? The end of the week got here so fast!

I went on a chilly morning walk to do an errand and a walked again in the warmer afternoon. My steps also included walking in the house as I did my chores, bible study. I’m sorry I forgot to mention every morning 5 days a week is bible study, and going up and downstairs from the dorm. I am living in a lovely women’s shelter. I feel very grateful and fortunate to stay here temporarily. I’m sorry I forgot to mention this.

The weather was so gorgeous today.
